Introduction

Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous is the anhydrous, sodium salt form of sulfuric acid. Sodium sulfate anhydrous disassociates in water to provide sodium ions and sulfate ions. Sodium ion is the principal cation of the extracellular fluid and plays a large part in the therapy of fluid and electrolyte disturbances. Sodium sulfate anhydrous is an electrolyte replenisher and is used in isosmotic solutions so that administration does not disturb normal electrolyte balance and does not lead to absorption or excretion of water and ions.

Application

1. As a dye filler. When producing dyes and some auxiliary agents, it is adjusted to the standard concentration of fillers. These kinds of Sodium Sulphate have special requirements on the content and fineness of calcium, magnesium and iron, otherwise it will affect the quality of dyes and additives.
2. For dyeing cotton dyeing agent. When dyeing cotton with direct, sulfurized, active, insoluble azo dyes and partially vat dyes, the addition of Sodium Sulphate can reduce the solubility of the dye in water, thereby increasing the dye uptake rate and deepening the dyed color.
3. As a retarder for acid dyes. When dyeing wool or sputum with acid dye, if the sulfuric acid or acetic acid is added alone, the acid dye will be colored too fast, the dye will not easily penetrate into the fiber, and the color flower o will be added to the yuan powder, which can slow the dye dyeing rate, play a good retarding effect.
